We parked at Park n Fly recently for a week long trip to Texas to see our grandkids. I inadvertently left my window open. Park n Fly covered my window with plastic to protect the interior. I really appreciated that! Thank you Park n Fly.

Everything was good, except finding the shuddle from the airport back to my car. There is no #5 door. I had to go through the parking lot to the back of the building. No one, no where was this explained. I happen to see someone else going there so I just followed them. You need to explain where the mythical door #5 actually is!!!

I like that I can drive myself, park my car and know that it's safe, and when I return from my trip...drive myself right home.
I love that there is a shuttle bus to take me directly to the airport. Lastly, the staff is always courteous and professional.

Baba was great. We had our 1 year old with us. He really called About the safety of the passengers and dropped our luggage off at our car and even started to put the luggage in the car.

Friendly staff. Only thing I don’t like is if someone accidentally books San Francisco and they leave out of Oakland, it’s not an easy transfer. They are all the same company so it should be an easy fix.
