Lately the service has been better. Last year I had a couple of bad experiences where I had to wait a long time for a bus at the actual lot!
But the last few times I used PNF, valet was fast and convenient. And the wait for the bus at the airport wasn't too bad.

Bus arrives just as you park. Driver helps with luggage on pickup and delivery to airport, also on return. Sent a text to phone number on back of ticket, return text asked for A, B, C, D, or E. I typed in B, for B terminal. Bus arrived approx. 10 minutes later and dropped me off at my car. Overall, great service and timely.

I had the best experience, all the drivers were very professional and courteous. I had to park all the way in the back of the parking lot but the van actually came right to my car and picked me up and I didn't even have to walk. I will definitely use Park N Fly again and refer others to use this company
Drivers are great. Helpful and friendly! Ease of getting in and out with scanning barcode.
Always friendly. This is an efficiently run operation. Very little waiting around for the shuttle. Unless there are multiple pickups (or dropoffs) in the ramp and a stop at Terminal 2, shuttle time to and from Terminal 1 is relatively short for us parked in the surface lot. As long as I have two others sharing the ride, Park-n-Fly is about the same as an Uber ride.
