We drove into the parking lot and in less than 15 minutes we were walking through the door of the airport. Drivers helped with bags both ways. Exiting was as easy as could be. This initial experience has made me a Park and Fly fan.

I truly like having my car in covered parking, protecting it from the blazing Florida sun while away. It’s also so convenient to drop car off inside and be quickly whisked off to the airport to your departure airline. No more circling the garage to find a space and subsequent long walks.
I tried your ParkNFly app this trip upon returning and found it so nice to use. Just click on “Come Pick Me Up” and then use the Shuttle Tracer to see its location. That is a really nice touch to be able to see that. I had booked my parking prior to downloading the app, but look forward to using it for my next parking reservation.
I am so happy that the Miami Facility has returned a 24 hr operation. I had to use other facilities since many flight times fell outside your old hours of operation.
Understandably, your operation was a little rough to handle as you were coming out of the grips of the Covid 19 pandemic. I was uncertain if I could continue with PNF. Not any longer. Everyone working there is always pleasant. We always get picked up and dropped off at a timely fashion. I always feel comfortable going there, even by myself or at night.

I love the customer services at park & fly. Im a frequent flyer, but not from Miami always FLL. I love their service, Omg we had to tip services was so outstanding.
