I used to get anxious and upset at the sometimes long length of wait for a shuttle to pick me up at the airport after my trip is over. On my last two trips using ParkNFly the wait time has decreased which I hope is a permanent change in staffing running more shuttles, and I have started using the app to track where the shuttles are which gives me some insight into how long I am going to have to wait for its arrival to pick me up. I think this is a fantastic utility that Park N Fly has added!

That my car is covered and that I don’t have to deal with the airport parking lot. I especially like it when the driver helps with the luggage and has a good attitude and I tip big for that. Traveling is stressful and this makes it so much easier.

I really like Park 'N Fly. It is the best. The fact that it is right off the Beltway 8 and the easiness to get in and out. The drivers are always so pleasant and of course always extremely helpful.
