Friendliness of staff! Short waits between parking car and being dropped off at airport. Reasonable pricing.

When I arrive to drop my car off there are employees ready to take my car and put my luggage on the shuttle bus. The office is open and I can use the ladies room before getting to the busy terminal. The shuttles run frequently so seldom have a wait. Drop off is close to the terminal entrance and upon return pick up is usually prompt.My car is ready and waiting for me when I return to the lot. I don’t even have to go back into the office. I can just head for home or Dunkin’s . Employees have always been friendly and courteous.

It was so easy to use, price was cheaper than Uber and I got to relax and eat breakfast on the way to the park and ride. They got me to the terminal and back to my car without issue. Highly recommend!

It was an easy process to reserve a spot before our trip and a quick ride to the airport. Though, not quite as efficient on the way back from the airport, it took close to an hour before the van picked us up. I called back after 40 minutes of waiting and the person answering the phone was surprised we hadn’t been picked up. I feel there should be more checks and balances so it would be quicker and the driver would know who to expect and how many people. Thanks!

The bus was available to take is to the airport right away, oh the way home the bus was there right away to take us back to our car
