Courteous, efficient drivers who help all passengers load and unload their bags. They are also patient in waiting for people to either closing up their vehicles and getting aboard or those who take time getting off the shuttle. I know that I can count on arriving at the airport terminal within 15 minutes of boarding the shuttle bus.

I like the friendly drivers that pick us up at our car.

However, I find using the QR code on my reservations or my PNF card will not get me in the parking lot. Also , I am a gold member and nothing I have gets me into that lot.

It was easy to make reservations, to gain entry and find a spot. The shuttle drivers were fast, friendly and efficient.

Easy to book on-line and every time we have used the service, we don't have to wait long for a van to either take us to the airport or take us back to our car. My only complaint with our last vacation is that when we arrived to the Park Fly, we were told the lot was full and they were doing valet. We obviously had paid for our reservation so were able to use them (we saw a few other cars ahead of us who were turned away). So, if this service is by reservation and you pay for a 'self-parking spot', they should lower the rate once they get to the point where you will be leaving your key with the company and someone will be moving your car around all week. I don't feel that I should pay the same as someone who is able to park their own car and walk away with peace of mind that they are holding the keys and their car won't be moved. Hopefully this was a rare occurrence - otherwise, we will probably start looking at other Park N Flys.

It’s pretty affordable and easy to book ahead of time online. Shuttles are usually pretty quick and it’s easy to get in and out and know where to park.
