It was very convenient and timing was close to accurate of pickup and drop-off. Customer service was overall good. Only thing could comment feedback on was that we were unaware that the lot could get full and they do have to double park cars which could block yours so need to give them a heads up of where you parked (if you remember) and let them know as soon as you are picked up so that by the time you are at the lot you are ready to get off and drive on home. Other than that, all was a good service. Definitely would use again!
