Easy to fill out online, courteous to where they pick you up at your vehicle when you are parked, driver was very nice when he drop off at the airport, Easy to download app once I got off the plane, easy to read the app & tracking the van for pick up and drop off. Then easy to leave. You can scan the barcode on the phone or look up by phone number.

What do you like about our services?

Easy and convenient. There was no delay in getting to the airport when dropping off our car. There was only a short wait for the bus upon arrival back in Minneapolis and enjoyed being dropped off at our car.

I had never used it before. We drove up and the driver came up to us and showed us how to use the pre-issued/paid we had with us. When we came back to pick up the car we could not find the sheet we had use to check in and someone came up to us and helped us find the info on our phone.

Jack, who was a shuttle driver, was really awesome. When I pulled in to drop off my car on Monday night, the person to check me in said there was not spaces, but over the years Jack has been my shuttle driver and remembered me. He told them to take my car and I was able to make my flight on time. Thanks Jack you were a life saver for my last trip!

The services are great. Staff drivers are always pleasant, courteous and helpful. The website needs updating to allow for revisions instead of cancelling and then re-booking a reservation.

The staff is exceptional. Especially the lady who picked us up from the airport. She insisted on carrying our bags even though my husband told her he would do it. She was quick and professional. As a travel agent, I will highly recommend my clients to use Parknfly services in Atlanta on Conley Street.
