We had the same driver on arrival and return and he was so pleasant and helpful. Downright jovial. This makes a difference during stressful travel. My barcode would not work on entry and he saw what was happening and rushed over to help me and printed a parking ticket saying to just explain the situation on exit. On our return and parking exit I explained that we could not get the reservation code to scan and this was not questioned. But before we left the gentleman in the booth asked us if we would like some water for the road. Really? No one expects this, and it was very welcome after a long flight and facing a long drive home. I told my wife I am a forever customer of Park 'N Fly.

There was help there when we checked in and checked out. The shuttle was at our car within 10 minutes and on our return, the same.

We've been using Park 'N Fly Plus for years and have always been pleased with the facilities, the courtesy of the employees, and the promptness of service. We also find your prices reasonable. Parking with you is so much less stressful than driving around the airport hoping to find a spot to park.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. We are 77 & 80 year’s old and we use PNF because they come right to our vehicle and get our luggage and when we get back they are fast to pick up and take us right to our truck and put our bag’s in for us. Makes travel at our age easier for sure!

Everything about your service was wonderful! I came back to Minneapolis jet-lagged and yet your driver picked me up, got me to my car, checked my car over, made sure my car would start, and stayed with me until I left the lot was extremely reassuring. At the exit of the lot, the staff made certain I knew where I was going and offered me a bottle of water! I will be using your service again and again...and recommend it to other travelers!!
