Service is great from pick up to delivery. Only complaint is that we prepaid and had to cut our trip short by 9 days and no refund for unused days

We have used Park and Fly for years and have always been pleased. Again for this trip, the drivers were polite and helpful, we were picked up at our car immediately upon arrival and the driver helped with our luggage. When we returned from our trip, a van was waiting and we could board immediately. This has always been the case. Plus I really like the idea one can pre-pay online and not have to sorry about money on return. We will be back!
