We parked outdoors and it was raining when we arrived. The lady at the gate told us to stay in the car and the shuttle would get us so we didn't get wet. We had to wait about 10 minutes, but the shuttle pulled up right behind the car. The driver was great helping us with bags. The drive to the airport was quick and efficient.

Shuttles have always been there within minutes of my arriving at the pick up spot.

I am getting to where I have some strength and mobility issues. Since I was traveling alone, it was much less stressful to be picked up at my car, and delivered to the airport entrance.

I also appreciated the car wash.

I used the website to book in advance, although I had made an error in dates. The clerk at the booth was kind, and took time to explain it to me. It didn’t cause me any problems.

I will use Park ‘N Fly again.

The promptness of picking us up at our parking space. However, It would be helpful if all of your drivers informed us where at the airport we would be picked up upon our return to ATL.
We had two flights in one week, and only one driver instructed us as to location for our return pick up.

Great service. Timely pickup on my arrival on both ends of my trip. A minor issue with the scanner not working on the gate on the way out. That seems to be a regular problem with it scanning the bar code from my wallet on my phone. Great experience overall!
