The employees were all very courteous and professional. They were on time, helped with our bags and dropped us off right at the vehicle after a long day of traveling. Awesome service and response time!

Our car was quickly taken in. Luggage was quickly taken and put on the shuttle. We were taken to the airport with plenty of time to get to check in and security and on to our flight.
The return trip was just as nice. We had our luggage and notified you via text message and we were picked up before we knew it. When we got to the lot our car was ready and waiting for us. It was a great way to end a perfect trip!

Always prompt!

I was very disappointed in my shuttle driver on my return trip to Atlanta. Anthony K, Shuttle 1422, repeatedly kicked my suitcase instead off rolling it. It is new, with 360 wheels, and easy to roll. Kicking it was completely unnecessary. It has several scuffs on it that were not the result of the flight. Totally inappropriate behavior. It wasn’t just my luggage—it was others as well. One couple told him they would get their own luggage—without his help. I’ve always enjoyed parking at Park n Fly because it is much quicker than trying to part at the airport and so nice to have a smiling face appear quickly after I park and get my luggage out and in the shuttle. It didn’t happen this time.

Staff was great! We were running late due to traffic for our flight and they helped us get there in time.

Great business plan. Staff is friendly and prompt. Door to terminal service. Only suggestion is to take a pic of the person’s parking spot and text to them when they park. Half the people getting picked up lost or forgot their paper ticket. Made more work for the driver but they were still courteous.

Drivers were friendly

Everyone was very friendly-- booth attendants and drivers.
The only trouble I had was I couldn't find door 5 which wasn't described on the text I received. I walked around for awhile, totally confused. It was only after I pulled out the ticket that I was given when I arrived a few days earlier that I found the instructions as to where the door was located.
So my suggestion is to provide that info on the text as well.

Love that I can book and pay online! And the shuttle picking up/dropping off right where we park the car is so convenient! Means we don’t have to lug all our stuff and two kids any further than necessary!
