There is sufficient numbers of vans waiting in the lot. Rarely need to wait more than 10 minutes at the airport. Drivers are helpful getting luggage on or off. A decent number of promotional coupons seems be available.

Excellent customer service! I had to return early from my trip, so I had to call Customer Service (CS) to adjust the prepaid parking and the utilization of free parking days. The CS agent (Judy) was so pleasant, helpful and professional - she took care of my issue right away and made me feel like a valued customer!
