When drivers are helpful and provide indications where they will pick you up upon return, a small sign on the bus is not enough. When pickup driver should not be upset because you stop him at door 3. That will take the tip out of the scene.
when doing the reservation online the system before confirming the payment should warn you that there are rewards days to be used.
