What do you like about our services?

In this difficult time for companies to find good staff, you have been able to maintain one of the most friendly, courteous reliable staff members. This includes the team members that greet you and check you in, the shuttle drivers, the people who get my car in valet and assist with luggage and the staff at the exit booth.

I travel a lot for work and I will only use Park n Fly for business and personal. I used to use Parking Spot at this location and when it changed over to Park n Fly I gave it a try and I have been a loyal customer ever since.

Nice job with making functional seat belts. I travel all over the country and not many shuttles offer working seat belts.

Easy entrance and exit, and the very convenient shuttle to/from terminals. Cost is within reason, being considerably cheaper than terminal parking.

This was the best experience we've had since COVID began! We arrived at the park'n fly and quickly parked and were on our way with the great service of Michael. He did a great job assisting with our luggage and explaining the process and announcing terminal, etc. On our return, Bashir was at the airport in a timely manner to take us back to our car. It was quick, easy and care-free with great service.

The drivers were both great - sorry, I don't have their names. Saturday 9:30 am and Wednesday 1:30pm. Very friendly and helpful with the luggage.

Everything went very smoothly, from the dropping off of my vehicle to finding a spot to park and being taken to the airport terminal. When we returned we were picked up at the airport very quickly and dropped off at our vehicle. The price for parking was reasonable and affordable.

I was disappointed the bus was not there when I arrived at LN1 pickup area. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes for another bus. Also, the free car wash was closed. I have heard that it has not been operating. This is one of the small perks I enjoy at this location. Please get it back up and running!
