Very convient to park my car, have a shuttle drop me off at the airport.
Upon return, there was shuttle at the pick up area. Once picked up, dropped off right at the car parking spot with no problem.

Although it was very disappointing to be told upon my arrival
that the ramp was not available and I was to park in the open lot even though I had a reservation for valet/covered parking I had no time to discuss the issue, parked as I was told, and got on the transport to terminal one.
Upon my return I explained the issue to the cashier. The situation was handled swiftly, courteously, and with a smile. I was assured my account would be corrected in 3 to 6 business days. And it was!
