I really enjoy parking at park dia. I know what to expect every single time. Although I get a little surprise every once and a while. For example, I got back this week from a work trip with my husband. We were riding in the shuttle to our car, the driver not only grabbed our bags with we reached out car but he also waited patiently for us to fumble with the key to our car. He stood there holding our bags until we unlocked the car in the rain!!!!! You guys got customer service down to a T. Thank you for treating us with such respect and courtesy. Very rare these days❤️

PNF is always on time and good to me. Their reviews show how good of a place this is to park. All the employees are very helpful.

Like the service and attitude of the drivers is greatly improved. In Minneapolis I had some bad experiences with a driver who would never get out of their chair. I travel with 3 large suitcases for business. I usually tip well every time but a few of the people during end of covid when you're normal drivers were still out, had some very bad subs. Also waited for over an hour at times when coming in after 11 PM. This seems to have been fixed now and like the current people.

Our driver that picked us up at airport went beyond her duties, one passenger had gotten on the wrong shuttle, he was suppose to go to park fly plus…. an after we were all off, she then took him there…. Don’t remember her name but said she’d been there @ 4 months

Your shuttle was prompt. I’ve used PNF for years. But trying to scan my QR code was terrible. Tried for several minutes to scan and leave your lot. Eventually had to go find a living person to access your exit gate. I was frustrated and angry. NOT a good way to end a wonderful trip.
