What do you like about our services?

We love using Park n Fly when we go to the Cleveland Airport. Its so easy and convenient. The shuttles arrive within minutes of us parking or texting from the Airport to get back to our vehicle. Excellent customer service.

I really appreciated the location of your lot to the airport. The cost per day was reasonable. I also liked the app and the help we received upon arriving and departing from the lot by the on-duty personnel--helpful knowledgeable and very polite and pleasant.

What do you like about our services?

I was picked up by the shuttle at my car. They assisted with my bags on and off the shuttle and the wait time was less than 10 minutes both going to the airport and returning from. My car was in the same condition I left it and was secure in the parking lot. I will definitely use this service again.

Always direct me to the row that is open. I don't have to wait that long. The drivers are very courteous and offer to carry luggage off/on.

When I get back from a flight I dont' have to wait that long to get picked up.

Very helpful staff. I needed help getting the gate to open and the staff were polite prompt and assisted me allowing me to get the shuttle and get to the airport in time for my flight.

Quite happy, although it seems that there could be more buses at the airport when the flights land. Don't you get this information when people book their reservations? It seems like a software program could figure this out. It's a bit discouraging when there are 30-40 people waiting and only 12 can fit on a bus at a time!
