Van drivers were courteous. Van picking me up in parking lot upon my arrival was immediate, and there was a van driving up as we got to the pick-up location upon return. Cashier offered water which was a very nice extra touch! :)

What do you like about our services?

Fast friendly pick up willing to help. Only knock is the narrow parking spaces but I understand it allows for more spaces.

What do you like about our services?

The service is very convenient, with on-line reservations. I feel less stressed knowing I have a reservation when I drive into the lot, instead of hoping for a spot. I feel secure when the van pulls up, and the driver loads and unloads my luggage at the airport. The drivers are always friendly, engaging, and helpful. Finally, knowing I have transportation back to the lot, with just a phone call, is reassuring. However, I have used the parking services several times, and have never had to call, since the van has been waiting at the spot when I exit the airport.
