Shuttle service on my recent trip was good. Drivers were courteous & friendly and I appreciated the prompt pickups. The website has improved a lot, also checkout. Compared to a major competitor, the price is better and the parking spaces are not cramped.

This is a great service and super affordable. The shuttles are quick and it's nice if you don't want to bother a friend/relative for a ride to the airport.
Positive: Website is easy to use and book reservation from. Staff on site are friendly and efficient.
Negative 1: Due to road construction, I could not enter the covered parking area as reserved, but did have good location in uncovered.
Negative 2: Upon exiting, the scanner did not read my phone, so I had to ask the person behind me to back up so I could exit and go through the garage to the office. If we are to scan our phones for convenience, the reader should be easy to use. The customer behind me was very unhappy I asked them to back up; Given the hour (8:30/9:00pm) no one was in the booth to assist.

The shuttle staff are friendly, and the parking lot location is so close to the airport that I'm saving time vs. walking to my car in the airport lot and waiting in line at the cashier, then finally starting my drive home. When I arrive, I have been assisted by staff to scan my code, directly me to my parking area and most times, the shuttle is there for me before I have fully unloaded my luggage.
the wait time for pick up upon return at the airport terminal was lengthy. We noticed that most of the parking shuttles had 2-3 shuttles before we even had our one from Park-n-fly show up. Even the "Plus" had 3 shuttles show up before ParkNFly had one.
Polite attendants, quick service, business accounts, & frequent trips from the lot to SFO.
So much faster now picking us up when leaving and picking us up when returning. Great service.
