It was a smooth and easy process from booking to leaving!
Everything that could have went wrong on the trip did from a delayed flight, to problems with luggage, no rental available even though it was reserved, but NOT one issue with park and fly.

Great customer service and staff from drop off to pick up. They will fix any issues you may have. Highly recommend park and fly plus to anyone going to ATL airport.

it was easy check in even earlier than what the requested check in time was scheduled for. parking even though it was packed there were still plenty of covered spaces to park at.

the only thing that we did not like was the leaving process. with lanes saying there is no one available to check out parking guests or certain lanes were closed. we had to talk to someone to help us figure out where we were to go.

we felt secure in leaving out vehicle there while away for a weekend getaway. the shuttle driver that drove us to the airport was kind and not a harsh ride like the driver that picked us up and returned us to our vehicle. his driving was very hard and very jerking in going and stopping or even changing lanes.

What do you like about our services?

Every employee was available to help me when I was confused during my first experience. A lady in the watch tower made sure they didn’t forget to pick me up. The free car wash was pretty sweet. The price was excellent too vs paying Uber both ways

This was an easy processto reserve my parking online. A problem did occur when exiting the lot but was quickly resolved when I brought the double charge to their attention. The refund to my card was transacted in a timely manner. Thank you.
