So quick and easy! Once you pull in, the shuttle is there to pick you up & the drivers have always been so cheerful and helpful on all of our visits. I feel the price per day is very affordable. I'll continue to use Park N Fly whenever I travel!

I was just a few cars away from the shuttle and as I started to walk towards the shuttle the shuttle driver told me to just wait and he will come to me. Truly an exceptional service.

I like the organization and shuttle convenience. However, the car wash was broken and I couldn't use it when I left, which was disappointing because I really enjoyed that perk.

I can make reservations ahead. I do not like leaving my key though when it is overcrowded and I had no advance waring as a reserved customer.

Booking was fairly easy although the first times I tried to make a reservation it would not accept any credit card information. When I tried the following morning, it worked. Not sure why this was. The shuttle was right by the car and the driver was friendly. Pick up at the airport was just as seamless. The only issue was getting out of the parking lot! For whatever reason the exit from the parking was not in the normal spot and it was not well marked how to exit. It stated to "follow the bus lane" but the bus lane wasn't even marked. Another shuttle driver had to point the way.
