I appreciate being to have my car valeted under a covered area. The score would’ve been 10, but the wait-time at the airport can get lengthy. Yesterday, for instance, I waited over 20 minutes to be picked up. And after a long trip out of town, that 20 minutes seems like forever hahaha.

The Minneapolis airport is not my favorite place, so we like to use your facilities to leave our car and get dropped off right where we need to go. The pick-up was very easy this time, too, as your van was already there when we got to the pick-up spot and there was even room for us.

Unfortunately, I received a coupon for 1 free night from our travel agent (car was there 8 nights), but since I had paid with a credit card when I booked prior to receiving the coupon, it wasn’t honored. I would have thought I could have gotten a credit on my credit card. The coupon said to be presented when we exited.
