The shuttle rides from parking to airport and from airport to parking lot were quick, with minimal waiting in either direction.

The driver is more than willing to help with the loading and unloading of your luggage. I know this saves time for them but it also helps when you are an older female and can’t lift your suitcase high up onto the steps. They are always courteous and respond to pick us up as quick as I can depending on the traffic and the number of other passengers they have to pick up and drop off.

Easy payment process. Shuttle service was very efficient going and coming. The complementary car wash was appreciated before leaving the compound to return home.

The punctuality and timing. I felt safe and felt comfortable leaving my car here. The staff was extremely friendly and helped with my bags.
