Reasonably priced parking, convenient to Midway airport. We weren't even flying from the airport; we just had a weekend at a hotel downtown, and parking there would have been $55 per night. I didn't want to pay downtown parking fees, and I didn't particularly want to drive downtown. Chicago has a great public transport system. We parked at Park-n-Fly, and then purchased a couple of $15 three-day CTA passes. The brown line took us back to the hotel, and we used CTA the rest of the weekend. it worked out great.

I will say that the Park-n-Fly entry and exit scanners are difficult to use. It was very hard to get them to read the bar code on my phone when the code was visible, but also many times when I shifted my phone for the scanner to read, the image flipped sideways on my phone, and the code scrolled off the screen. That was stressful, and raising the stress level, while I was fighting with the phone and scanner to get it to scan, the attendant screaming across the lanes, "Don't push any buttons." I got parked, but that part of the process is stressful. If I was using those scanners every day, I would figure out the quirks and develop a rhythm, but for those of us that don't use those scanners often, they are difficult.

No waiting time when I leaving for and returning from my trip. It was efficient.

Like the ease of reservation on the app, efficient coordination and traffic control upon arrival at the lot, prompt shuttle pick up and delivery to our airline curbside service, and upon our return, quick, efficient way to notify shuttle traffic control by tapping the "pick me up" button on the app.
