Prompt and attentive service
I would always recommend PNF to anyone who flies out of MSP. My only concern is that it takes a lot longer to get picked up in the covered ramp. I usually call the office and tell them where I am and to send someone to pick me up. I suspect this is due to the difficulty in acquiring employees. I have used PNF for over 20 years and will continue to use it.

I had originally prepaid my reservation. Whenever we left the lot it charged us the entire amount. I contacted Park N Fly and they apologized for the double charges and refunded our money. The service was quick and easy to get picked up and dropped off. I would definitely recommend it.
