Park and Fly provides fast and friendly service to and from the airport.

We love parking here....we usually use the garage parking which has easy access. The bus follows us in to pick us up. When we return to the airport there is usually a bus waiting to take us back to our car. Very efficient.

Like how they pick you up and drop you off where you park your vehicle. Drivers are pretty friendly. Customer service has been fantastic to work with regarding changing reservations, pick up times, etc. Terminal drop off is convenient. Can't beat the price!

We valet parked and this made the drop off and pick up extremely easy. All of the interactions that we had with staff were very good.

The convenince to both Minnepolis Terminal 1 and 2 ranks high on my list. Appreciate the attention and help drivers provide. Would recommend not putting time pressures on drivers as I feel they tend to feel the need to make you proud but then drive too fast.

Driver Cole was a breath of fresh air on our Oct 18th early morning shuttle. He had been on since 10 PM the night before yet he was friendly, energetic and quickly took care of the luggage. In addition, as he was exiting the lot he was telling dispatcher what aisles had people still waiting for pickup. Thank you Cole for your great service !
