I liked that I was picked up from my vehicle in the parking ramp. I liked that the driver unloaded my roller bag for me and put it in my trunk when I came back. I liked how short the bus ride was and I liked how they ran 24/7.

The service was great, easy drop off and easy pick up. Covered parking was an additional bonus. They had the car ready upfront by the time we got there from the airport.

The process of logging in online and making reservation for easy. I would use this service again when needed.

Everything went fine from pick-up to drop-off to and from the airport. The shuttle was completely full which was a bit uncomfortable but then there was room for us - resulting in a faster drop off at least for valet parking.

One thing that I am not sure about is whether the vehicles parked via valet are locked. I checked on my car (remotely) two days after drop off which indicated that the car was still unlocked. I locked it but I would like confirmation that all vehicles that are valet-parked are locked for comfort purposes.

I always use Park N Fly for my trips from MSP. The last two times I have had to wait more than 15 mins for the shuttle. With that wait, people begin to congregate and there is no way for those that were there first to get on the next shuttle. I know it may not be possible, but it would be good if there was a place where people can "line" up for the next shuttle.

Easy, Easy, Easy, and Easy. We parked easily. We got a ride to the airport easily. We got lost at the airport finding the shuttle pickup(our fault). We got picked up at the shuttle location easily (once we found it). We pulled out of the parking lot and got on 101 South easily!

So nice to not have to worry about finding parking and then getting dropped off at the airport!

The app on my cell phone is easy to use.
I like the "Come Get Me" feature on the app.
