What do you like about our services?

I loved just pulling up and being greeted by the very pleasant attendant. I wish I had gotten her name to help her stand out tho. The personal touch in starting my vehicle before arriving on a slightly cooler night, was icing on the cake! Thank you so much for making my experience a memorable one. Look forward to doing business with Park-n-Fly again soon.

Your valet attendants are extremely polite, courteous and do not mind helping with everything you have to move from car to bus waiting. Our vehicle is always waiting ready to load when we get back and they are on the spot putting things in the vehicle for us.

What do you like about our services?

Being in a wheelchair, I appreciated the drop-off and pickup service. It makes it so much easier to transfer from the ParkNFly lot to the airport terminal curbside.

I also wanted to especially the team for retrieving my placard in my vehicle and delivering it to the Southwest representative.

The service has always been exceptional, and each team member work hard to provide excellent customer service; and a big shout out to Lenny for making sure I made it to the parking lot, and back again.

The Oakland team ROCKS
