It was easy to access the lot. Even though my reservation barcode didn't work, someone ws there to assist on the way in and out. Both people were very helpful. Pick up at thelot to the airport was quick and the driver was very polite and helped me load my bag. Pick up at the airport was also quick and again, the driver was very helpful. I love that the lot is so close to the airport so it only takes a few minutes getting to the airport and back to the lot.

Friendly people; good locations. But the system should be able to find a reservation just by scanning our membership card.

I love that when I get in my car is ready to go, especially in the winter when I sometimes land in the cold and snow.

Texting my ticket # from baggage claim is easy and a good time saver. The PNF shuttle bus was, coincidentally, already at the curb when I exited baggage claim. So I was surprised to find the valet had enough time to fetch my car, but there it was right up front. The shuttle driver, Rinh, was very helpful. He brought an ice melting spray to my car which helped melt the ice from all the windows quickly.

I like the valet service upon returning from a trip. Having the car in front and ready to depart is a great feature. The airport pick up is a bit slow however.

Easy access to Park'N Fly. I was picked up quickly by my car and taken to the airport. Upon arrival back to Cleveland, the Park'N Fly van was at the airport for a quick ride back to my car.

Parking was quick and easy. The drivers are always friendly and nearby, ready to pick you up. The driver who dropped us back off to our car reminded us we could get a free car wash, which was perfect because we needed one. I also love that there are clear safety protocols. When entering the premises, the driver waited until the gate was fully closed behind him before he proceeded into the lot. Made me feel that my car was safe. I highly recommend you guys.

Convenience and value.

Close to the airport, quick pickup and return shuttles with nice drivers. Happy to take a few extra minutes to park with PNF for longer trips, otherwise it is more convenient without much price difference to park at the airport.

Everything went very smoothly. It was my first time to Park & Fly. I was a little aprehensive about what to expect. The entire expierience was very easy & the shuttle service was fabulous. I will definitley use it again.

I like that I can just drop my car at the valet and when I come back they drop me off at my car. This is in contrast to parking at the airport where I need to search for a parking space, try to wedge my car into the tiny little spaces, remember where I parked and then trudge through the parking lot where I don't often feel safe.
