Customer Testimonials

It was great. I am not much of a flyer. They took care of me.

I started using this location when it was midway park and fly and now it was easier to use. You can’t beat the price and location for parking.

It is convenient and affordable

24/7 service , good shuttle to airport, great friendly employees!

Most of the time your employees are great!
Only one thing will stop me from using your company. Back on November 3rd the van driver was sick. He didn’t wear a mask in such a small inclosed space. We did NOT WANT TO GET COVID starting off on vacation!!!

Pricing and relative convenience.

Have used your parking facility over 20 times. Always affordable, accessible, reliable.

i like that there is pickup and dropoff at my car and that i never wait too long for a shuttle

Ease of parking and shuttle service

Convenient.

Excellent customer service. The employees were professional, friendly, and helpful. Thank you!

This trip was MUCH better than previous trips. Both pick-ups were quick! My previous trips have required long wait times and several have required me to walk to the office to get on a bus.

The FIRST thing, it's the employees. The drivers are friendly, helpful, and cheerful. I arrived late on Tuesday, November 15 to find my car battery was dead. The staff was quick to help and an African American gentleman, with a unique name, jumped my car for me. I am disheartened to admit I can't remember his name.

The following things are price, location, and convenience.

I have a suggestion. Is there a way, maybe post a QR code so riders can use it to tip the drivers? We never have cash and feel awful when we can't tip.

Ease of online reservations, friendly and courteous staff, transportation to/from the airport and my car was waiting and warming up when I arrived back at their facility.

How helpful driv r s are with helping with luggage.

Ease of use, friendly employees

My husband and I had a 5:20am flight out of SFO and we arrived at Park n Fly at 3:00am! There was someone there to immediately help us and we had quick access to the shuttle without any delay. Very comforting to have that service provided in the middle of the night/morning!

Easy to use

convenient location-quick drive to and from airport

Quick pick up. Friendly

Convenient, efficient and reliable

I appreciate that there are lots of shuttles going back and forth all the time. Also, this time I couldn't pull up my reservation code and a driver stopped by to assist. He gave me a ticket and gave me instructions. I did exactly what he told me when I exit and had no issues.

Drivers were so courteous! I'm extremely pleased with their level of service!

Convenient

Pick up was quick! Much appreciated

Very friendly staff, from the drivers to the gate person. And the free water on the way out.

Everything! The ease, the people and the convenience.

Easy to get in and out. Drivers are courteous. I even had one on a previous trip shovel about a foot of snow off my car

Convenient. Lots of parking. Shuttle drivers are typically nice and welcoming.
