I loved how easy it was to work with the staff ahead of our reservation! Unfortunately our car was not ready when we arrivied to get it at 11:50pm but the staff apologized and got it right away. We will use the service again!

It’s quick, easy and convenient! There seems to be an increase in shuttle buses so there is no wait at all getting to the airport. Getting picked up at the airport hasn’t been too long a wait either.

When we returned to Park and Fly, we could not locate our parking ticket for our parking space. The driver was calm, helpful, and was able to find out car. I was upset but she remind calm and supportive to us. We did somehow remembered the row number. We found our car. Very curious

Who drivers were prompt, professional, accommodating, and very helpful to make sure we don’t only got to the proper gate and airlines we are flying back to our vehicle timely as well when we return. Very helpful with the luggage.
