What do you like about our services?

The whole process worked smoothly, which is greatly appreciated when traveling! All the employees were friendly and solicitous, and made sure that I understood the process - and made it fun too. The employee at the gate told me exactly where to store my entry code in the car, the shuttle was right nearby when I parked and I got on the shuttle immediately, I was dropped off right at my airline and never had to haul my luggage on or off - it was so easy. They provided a card with instructions for my return, and only had to wait a few moments for the return shuttle. The driver put my luggage right in the care. They thought of everything, and took care of everything. I will absolutely use Park 'N Fly again and recommend it to anyone flying in/out of Midway.

What do you like about our services?

-Pick up and drop off at my car
-App
-Discounts

-One thing I DON'T like is when I need to park in the rear of the lot and I have to show my QR code AGAIN to get through the gate. If I made it through the first gate, why do I need to show it again?!?

Your staff helps with luggage and my car is waiting for me when I return. You need more vans so customers do not have to wait so long.

What do you like about our services?

The attendant on 11/15/22 in the evening was very helpful (I think her name was Regina) - we had some keys stolen while out of town and she was friendly and helpful to us in getting a family member to drop off an extra set of keys for us. The shuttle service was good - the whole process worked well for us.

What do you like about our services?

Best experience ever!! Easy to reserve parking. Simple & customer friendly check-in, great service shuttle to airport - had no worries that it would be just as easy when coming back. On our return. Texted Park 'N Fly from the airport. A wonderful gentleman met us just outside Baggage Claim, and loaded all our luggage onto the shuttle. He even waited patiently while one of our party had to file a claim for a missing bag. Brought us right to our ice free, warmed up cars, loaded the luggage, and showed us the greatest courtesy throughout! I would highly recommend Park 'N Fly to everyone!!!

What do you like about our services?

I guess I left my passenger window half down when I left my car. When I came back yesterday having been gone four days. Some one covered my window with plastic and tape it. I don’t know who did it but I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it. I left on account of an emergency and had to get to Massachusetts and wasn’t thinking clearly. Thank you for taking care of my care. Beverly
