Park N Fly in Oakland is in a convenient location to the OAK airport. I appreciate that you can reserve a spot in advance to get a better rate. The one problem we had is that the machine wouldn't read the QR code provided to us to enter. Sometimes there are delays getting into the facility due to the machines. However, there is always a shuttle bus waiting to take people to the airport from the parking lot.

We had a positive, efficient experience at Park n Fly Oakland. The parking lot is well-lit and spaces are numbered. The shuttle comes to your aisle after you park. The shuttles run fairly often so we didn't have to wait long at the airport. The shuttle drops you off close to your car on your return. Remember to have your reservation QR code to exit the parking lot; they will ask you for it. We will definitely use this place in the future
I like your service but am disappointed that your parking lot is so small. I liked it when you had the large adjoining lot.
All of the staff is attentive and helpful. Someone meets you at the entry gate to assist with entry scan of your QR code. Shuttles to the airport are typically at your car before you even get out from parking, so you don't have to wait all. The only issue I have had is that I achieved gold status (which from the email sent to me announcing it, gives my preferred parking privileges), but have not directed into those spots on the 4 visits since that achievement. The one time I asked about it, I was begrudgingly allowed to use the spaces, but they acted like there was supposed to have been something in my reservation that denoted it. I asked about my status when exiting and each time. I'm told they see the gold status. So, if there is something that needs to be done to truly use that status for better parking spots, it would be nice if that happened automatically and was visible to the lot attendants

It's easy to get to off of 85North. There is always a van coming down the row as soon as we park to take us to the terminal. There is always a van that pulls up as soon as we get to the shuttle stop to return to the parking lot. The only thing I wish were different is if you charged the card upon return instead of entering like FastPark does by the international terminal.

Very prompt when getting to the parking facility. Do not have to wait very long to get a shuttle to the airport. Used the service three time and car never got damaged
This was my first time, and I was very pleased! Everything was very easy. I had a tire warning on my car, so the shuttle bus driver got out and checked my tires for me. Very appreciative of the service and kindness.
