Convenient location, availability of parking spaces, quick pickup from parking spot

Had some trouble with my reservation and the two ladies at the office helped me get it fixed. Very apologetic.

My scan didn't work to get into covered parking, but there was a shuttle bus behind me and Pedro helped me out. It was not far from the airport and and an easy ride. Forget coming back was downstairs , but was almost there when the bus picked me up between stops. He was very nice, I forget his name, but was very helpful. I have not travelled by plane in 4 yrs, so was a little stressed. The bus drivers were so great to me.

We loved that it was reasonable to leave car at front door and have warmed and running when we returned from trip. Our driver was very nice and funny. I think his name was Dave. We arrived on the 14, Nov at Bradley around 10:30Pm. Now we will have to see how much you charge for valet parking, which started Monday at 12 MN.

Everything was smooth and efficient except for how long it took to get picked up by the shuttle after alerting the service that we had arrived. Otherwise, the driver was great and helpful with our bags and our car was ready to go once we arrived. If you are not in a hurry to get somewhere on arrival then I would highly recommend.

This was my first time using Park'n'Fly (in the past I was loyal Skypark customer). The Park'n'Fly crew was very efficient in guiding me through the process.

Convenient to the airport and it is always nice to come back to a warm vehicle, especially in the winter. Service is usually quick, but the pickup at the airport last night was slower than usual. The driver was very nice though!

Pick up at departure and return was great

Very helpful and professional staff. Our car was running and waiting for us when our shuttle arrived from the airport to pick up our car. We will definitely use them again.
