What do you like about our services?

The drivers and office staff are always very personable, friendly, helpful ad efficient. At 11;30pm , their restroom and free coffee was much appreciated. The drivers help you with your bags and upon my return, my car was running and the snow had been cleared off of it

What do you like about our services?

VERY QUICK SERVICE. EVERYTHING WAS HANDLED VERY PROFESSIONAL FROM THE DROP OFF TO THE PICKUP AT THE AIRPORT. THE CAR WAS READY WHEN WE RETURNED TO THE GARAGE, STEPPED OUT OF THE VAN AND WAS ONLY A FEW STEPS TO THE CAR, VAN DRIVER LOADED THE LUGGAGE FOR ME. HE WAS FROM CHILIE, I ASKED HIM TO RECOMMEND A LOCAL CHILLIEAN RESTAURANT , HE SUGGESTED ONE AND WE HAD A WONDERFUL DINNER.

What do you like about our services?

I love the convenience of Park 'N Fly! Coming into Miami and going to the garage and then immediately being transported over to the airport is wonderful. If there is one criticism I have it would be that I have had to wait over 20 minutes for the van to come by to get me on the return. I don't think anything over about 10 minutes should be acceptable by you as a company.
