I have used the facility multiple times now and it has always been a good experience. I have always received a QR code to scan upon entry. For some reasonI didn’t receive one this time. When I arrived at the facility I explained the situation to the attendant who looked up my information, saw that I had a reservation and helped me resolve the issue. She was extremely helpful
