I think I was suppose to wait for someone to tell me we’re to park. Did realize I park in the wrong area. I think you were going to up charge me, but didn’t. If this kind of over sight can be eliminated or not penalized by user. Then I’d say I’d recommend to everyone here. Virtually no wait after I parked. Thanks.

I loved the ease in making reservations, parking and being taken then picked up from the airport.

It was very easy to book our stay. The shuttle drivers that took us to PHL and back were very pleasant and prompt. The young woman who worked the gate was great. We had an issue when I could not find the email or QR code from my booking. She was able to rectify the situation and get us on our way. Very helpful and professional. Thanks to all.

Even though I had lost my confirmation number , when I called beforehand they were able to look up my prepaid reservation. The person on the phone, both drivers and the person at the ticket booth were all pleasant and helpful.

Picked up at my car and taken to airport. When I was returning home, I can outside at 12:30 am at airport, got to the pickup area and noticed a p & f bus coming down the lane. It was 25 degrees and glad to see that bus coming.

Our driver went beyond the call of duty. When we arrived at the Park and Fly lot, there was 2 inches of snow on the cars. Each car he swept of the snow with a broom. Sorry I did not get his name.

I have been with PNF for many, many years (2007). PNF service has always been consistent, and this visit was the same. Pickup was quick and timely. The addition of the carwash was also a pleasant surprise. Keep up the good work, Now retired, I may not travel as much but for sure, I will reserve my spot at PNF the next time I head to the airport.
