Shuttle picked me up immediately after I parked and was waiting at the airport upon my arrival back at the airport. Both drivers were friendly and courteous.

Took the stress out of traveling! I was nervous about leaving my car since it’s brand new, but after parking, it felt safe and secure in the Park n Fly lot. The staff was very friendly, and I really appreciated them picking me up and dropping me off at my row, especially in near freezing temperatures. Plus, my suitcase was heavy and they helped me lift it in and out of the shuttle. The app is also wonderful for pick-ups.
My only feedback would be to consider having better signage for parking rows & spots — the paint on the concrete looked worn with time/use.
But all in all, a wonderful experience. Thanks!

The stay was great shuttles constantly, but the check out they asked to check my reservation again unsure why especially after the trip I was not prepared but they still let me up but I just feel is unnecessary to ask for reservation since I came in with reservation. They customer service was also great at the bus and in the booth.

First time customer . Tanya the white lady drove me to the airport. She was very friendly. She engaged in conversation even if it was morning and helped with my bags . There was no wait time and the moment I parked the van was right behind me to pick me up and gave me my bay # sticker to show to the driver upon return to pick up my car . I was skeptical at 1st but will never use remote parking . Upon arrival just call provided number and it gives instructions on how to request pick up and they are faster than the 40 minutes it says on the sticker . Upon return the gentleman was not as friendly. It was cold and he did not get out to help with my bag or at least try . Other than that I will still rate perfect 10/10 for prompt service. If the prepaid ticket doesn’t scan just get ticket to open get and upon exit show your printed ticket plus prepaid receipt to agent to exit
