Customer Testimonials
The cost and prompt delivery to and from the airport.
Just a great experience. All the staff are friendly. Busses are clean. Valet is on-point.
Quick and easy
Very helpful. Excellent service. Very clean. Easy to reserve a spot. Close to the airport. People who work there are very friendly.
Someone is there or alone the way in a timely manner.
The lot is so easy to get to for me as I come up 55. The drivers are always awesome and drop me off right at Southwest door. Once I am back to Midway and have my luggage, there’s normally a shuttle waiting or will be very soon.
Courteous, prompt, and safe.
👍👍👍very good
Real quick to get to the airport and back to your vehicle...very freindly drivera
Attentive to the Park n Fly' drivers at every turn! Vans are great at following cars to their spaces and alerting the drivers that they are ready.
Had to call AAA for a battery jump on a cold early morning recently and Van Drivers and office personnel very supportive in making sure AAA found me:-)
Thank you

Prompt pickup and return
Prompt pickup when dropping car and most of time when returning.
Door to door service. Gentlemen always help with luggage. I feel safe in your yard.
Quick, convenient, and inexpensive. Friendly shuttle drivers and convenient drop-offs and fast pick-ups.
We have used your services several times. I like being able to schedule and pay online. Your drivers are always very helpful and it’s so much more convenient to park there than by the airport. We have also appreciated that the van has always been waiting for us when we return.
Park, shuttle to airport and fly. So easy.
