Customer Testimonials

Organized system for parking, pick up at car and return to car.

Convenience near airport

quick and convenient

The lot is conveniently located and easily accessible and online booking was simple. The shuttle drivers were helpful, friendly and professional. The only issue was the covered parking I had reserved was unavailable due to construction. The attendant readily provided instructions for requesting a refund for the price difference.

Shuttles are almost always right there when you get to the lot & have quick service to the airport.

Prompt, thoughtful service from helpful professionals.

Ease of getting to and from air port

Ease of use

I do not have much to compare it to, but everything was easy, staff was kind, and the shuttles were frequent and clean.

Website and employees helpful customer service.

Very Quick and efficient service. Great interaction with employees who obviously like their jobs. Big spaces to park your car. Clean buses. Speedy pickup and delivery.

Quick service and convenient

Prompt. Easy to reserve a place.

Staff are polite and punctual and very helpful. Really enjoy using parknfly and would recommend for others.

Everyone was great. Made it super easy. Took a little long for the shuttle to pick me up when we arrived back but I also forgot to put the request on so not their fault plus there was traffic.

Very friendly and helpful staff, price, easy to use the service

Your employees. Upon arriving on Nov. 16, the driver was graciously helpful in taking our bags and loading. Upon returning on Nov. 22, we had a timely picup, our car was waiting for us at the office, Rinh, the driver went above and beyond in loading our bags and made sure the tailgate was closed properly. Your desk staff was responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend your business to friends and clients I have in the Berkshires who are traveling out of BDL.
Keep up the good work and happy Thanksgiving.

Great people

There was an attendant at the main gate if we had questions which I did.

The shuttle was timely, the location to the airport is close

Fast and friendly service.

Easy. Fast. Friendly.

Always ready to help and guide to park quickly. Friendly and kind too!

I like that it is easy to reserve, easy to find, quick shuttles to and from the airport, and usually friendly employees.

It was very convenient

Once again, the trip from the airport to the PNF lot was the best part of the travel day. My fellow "Virgo", our PNF driver, she was so polite, friendly and easy to talk to, it was an awesome way for my wife and I to end and forget the torture inflicted by the "wonderful" (note the sarcasm) airline employees. Got so involve in conversation, I found still had her tip in my pocket while driving home, as I forgot to give it to her, which drove me nuts the rest of the evening as she most certainly deserved it.

Excellent service, the van took off right away and picked me up right away. My car was ready to go and heat was on. Everyone was nice.

Convenience, loyalty rewards, phone app, refund policy, shuttle availability, staff friendliness
