I like that it is very close to the airport & you won’t be standing long before a van picks you at the airport to transport you back to your vehicle. I was away for a week & when I came back my battery was dead but the staff quickly jumped my battery and got me started. And it didn’t cost me a thing. Also, my plane was delayed until the following day and it only cost me a few dollars for the extra day.

The staff and the quick response to pick you up at the airport. Have your car ready? I definitely have no complaint about them. This is the second time I’ve used them and I highly recommend them to everyone..

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Bus driver handed my bag to valet worker who put my bag right into my car. Very professional.

It all went smooth as silk. The pickup from our car was immediate. We called for a pickup when we got back and the shuttle was waiting for us when we walked out of the airport. The drivers where very friendly and courteous.

For the most part very efficient and very friendly drivers. Cashiers are a so so situation. The one time that I had an issue (no one to pick me up in the lot for at least 20 minutes) customer service was very responsive

Reserving entry was quick and easy. Once I scanned in at the gate I was directed where to go to park, and a shuttle met me there.

I parked on a 10 degree morning, and having the shuttle waiting at my car for me was amazingly convenient- I didn't even need to bring my winter coat. The ride back to my car was the same but in reverse.

I will definitely be using this service again next time I am flying out of MDW.

I always receive excellent service when parking with you guys. Your process makes everything so easy. I don’t have to walk a mile while dragging my luggage in search of where I parked my car. The shuttle picks you up and your car is already parked up front by the time the shuttle arrives at the lot.
