Customer Testimonials

Very welcoming associates, prompt shuttles, and convenient location

Easy

Price. Safety. Proximity to airport. Friendly transport workers.

We had quick service on this trip despite flying the day before Thanksgiving. Our driver to the airport was friendly and had a great attitude!

Very easy process to make a reservation. Their mobile app is quite easy to use as well. Reasonably priced but they also provide coupons throughout the year for an even better value. The buses provided for the airport and back are comfortable and are constantly running which makes for very short wait times. Facility is very close to the main highway which makes access to it very easy.

They are always ready to help me with my bag, and the van is already when I arrive. I use valet parking so when I return, the car is always parked in front and ready for me.

The attendants and drivers are happy, courteous and efficient! We have used this service many times, and have never had a problem. I feel like the driver is there to pick us up at the airport upon our return within minutes of us calling!
Highly recommend!

Drop off and pick up at your car

Closeness to the airport and quick shuttle service.

Quick shuttle service both ways

Someone was there to pick us up right away. And we had a ride to our car within a very short time.

The shuttle pickup was quick and the price was better than the other parking services.

Prices and close to the airport

(1) The lot is close to the airport. (2) There is a tower from which I can be seen. (3) the lot is very well lit at night. (4) Buses arrive frequently to pickup passengers not only where they park, but also at the terminal when returning from a trip.

This was our first time using Park n Fly. We were beyond thrilled. The drop off process was quick and easy. The pick up process was just as quick and easy. We will be using this service for now on when flying out of Miami airport.

Fast, friendly, & convenient service.

Good pickup and also delivery

It was a simple process to book and the people were helpful and friendly!

I like that I can track the shuttle on the app. Service has always been smooth.

Great service. We were nervous about getting to the airport with 4 kids. Our ride couldn't have gone any better!

Very short wait, if any, for the shuttle to and from the airport. It was a nice touch that our car was warming up and right there as we got back from the airport. Wonderful service!

They were quick and efficient. Driving up, parking and getting to the airport was quick. Associates were very kind and showed me where to go. After I got back, shuttle took 3 minutes to pick me up and I was dropped off in no time. Couldn’t have asked for a better service, especially around the holidays.
