We had trouble finding you the morning of our flight and we finally arrived the attendant at the gate was very pleasant! Also, both drivers to and from the airport were great carrying our luggage. Finally, I had made reservations but parked in self-parking instead of valet and the attendant at the gate was able to figure it out so I didn’t have to look for my confirmation email. As an anxious traveler “Park and Fly” brought my anxiety level down!

It was very cold the morning we were picked up and it was nice that the van was right there and we didn’t have to wait for the entire van to be filed before we left for the airport.
This time I noticed that there was a sign as ti where to go to line up for the shuttle on our return. It was very helpful as many people don’t know where to start a line.
