Very efficient and friendly staff, they pay attention to the flight status’ and we’re aware when there customers would be arriving late and were there for pickup even after our delay!

I love that your drivers are always sweet and friendly, there's always someone at my car before I'm even out of it to pick me up. The convenience is fantastic- driver writes my slot number on a ticket, picks me up, drops me off, covered waiting area on my return, reservations online, always a spot for me, cashier available if I have trouble exiting.....all wonderful....
EXCEPT THANKSGIVING WEEKEND....PNF dropped the ball....knowing this is the busiest travel holiday, PNF should've had AS MANY SHUTTLES AS POSSIBLE.... there was 1 on entering/departure which drove for 30 mins and there were still more people to be picked up, we had to leave or ppl would miss their flight and we all know it's a 25 minute line at the airport just to get to the dropoff. On the return at 11pm (I understand it's shift change) we waited25+ mins for a pick-up and there were still 20+ ppl who couldn't get on. The drivers were GREAT - this I blame on Corporate and management. The Parking Spot had more shuttles than they did people, if I need a backup plan that's who I'd use.
I buy my parking at Costco...if you need funding to get more/better drivers/shuttles than raise the prices .50-$1 per day - I'd pay it. Hire temp workers for the weekend. Corporate needs to handle this problem, the drivers and employees are always wonderful
