The service was really good, but compared with the other park options you have way too many fees including booking fees and others. Not sure why you are so expensive compared to other lots. I usually avoid your lot it I have more time to go a little further down hi 101 near SFO

What do you like about our services?

The ease of the check in and check out process. The accessibility to parking spots, and the drivers on the shuttles are so very nice and accommodating. I will definitely recommend you all!

I don't have to wait long drivers are friendly, professional, and helpful with bags drives at a moderate speed. Its not to expensive.

The services were perfect. They warmed our car and had it started and ready to go upon arrival. They were at the airport when we arrives as well so we didn't have to wait.

I actually left my wallet/cell phone in shuttle and the nice man brought it into the airport to find me! Saved the Trip for sure!!! I don't know his name but he said he once lived in Florida!!! He went above and beyond to find me! That was truly so kind!

I would highly recommend your services to my family and friends.

What do you like about our services?

My overall experience with ParkNFly was great. My only comment is when we are picked up from the airport going back to our car, It’s a little confusing on where to meet the bus. The instructions need to be clearer.
