The customer service is excellent, and the staff are so kind. You go to your parking spot that you choose and then the shuttle picks you up from your car. When I arrived from the airport there were two shuttles waiting at the pickup location, which was very quick and efficient. When they bring you back to Park & Fly they drop you right off at your vehicle. I’m definitely using Park & Fly again in the future.

Easy to get to, easy to park, quick service

The booth attendants are friendly and helpful. My driver from the airport back to the lot was also very cordial and an all around nice lady. I believe her name was Mary, but forgot the initial of her last name. I rode with her before and she always remains pleasant with strong customer service skills.

Convenient, pleasant and personable staff

Reservations are easy. You are always on time. I very much appreciated having my luggage put in my car after an exhausting travel day.

I liked that they were right outside the airport soon as me and my child walked outside. It was also nice that they dropped us off right at our car. It’s hard to travel with a toddler and bags and they made it so easy start to finish! Definitely will be using this again!

It is very quick and easy to make a reservation online and upon arriving at the facility, scanning my barcode and getting to a parking spot is a breeze. A shuttle is usually right behind you to pick you up. It's the same when returning from a trip; a shuttle is usually waiting to pick up passengers at the airport.

Easy to use, new facility with good service

This was a wonderful and Flawless Experience. I will use this service each and every time I fly, and I would refer everyone that I know that travels out of Atlanta Airport. The Customer Service was excellent. We never had to wait for shuttle or car service. When we returned my car was waiting with the trunk open. The attendants loaded my bags and were so efficient and friendly. True Professionals in every step of the way. Awesome Experience!
