Very conveniently located close to airport. I love pre-booking ahead of time before my work trips. I also really like the loyalty days I’ve built up, it’s a very nice perk!
Fast, friendly, never disappoint!
I liked that we could make a reservation ahead of time. I also liked that the shuttle service worked well. When we arrived back to Oakland I called for a shuttle. I got a confirming text and the shuttle arrived shortly after that.
Courteous drivers, punctuality
On the perimeter area of the parking lot there is fire ants.
I parked my car several times for 4-5 days and my car was infested, it took me a while to clean it again
Management needs to take this under consideration !
