Everything was fine. Driver was very helpful and prompt at the airport.

It was quick and smooth. However, I paid extra for “valet” service, but when we arrived at 5am, there was just a guy in a truck who told us where to go in to park. Coming home, they dropped us all off by our cars, so couldn’t beat that. But why did I pay extra for valet?

It is super convenient. You can be picked up and dropped off right at your car. The shuttle is always available and you get drop off at the door of the airport. You also aren’t haggled to tip which makes you more obliged to give one.

I have always loved the Professionalism of Park and Fly and we always feel our vehicles are safe here when we are out of town for extended periods of time. The shuttles come quickly after you alert them of your arrival and you having your bags.

Fast friendly service. We had a dead battery when we returned they jumped it and we were on our way home.

Valet

The shuttle drivers are always very courteous and friendly. Shuttles run often and we never have to wait long.

Price. Honestly haven’t had any issues except this last time. At 4am the busses seem to stay in one route and pick up one perso. Then leave. We waited 20 minutes to be picked up and had to rush for our flight because they wouldn’t come get us. I was honking and flashing my light after 10 minutes of waiting but nobody came so we had to run after the bus. Also I always seem to guess wrong where I am on the app for pickup. With only two pickup spots could it be a little clearer as to which one to pick T1 or T2 at MSP?

Have been using them for years. Can't recall a bad experience, maybe just the shuttle taking awhile to arrive at airport.

Everything except the wait at the airport for a bus to pick up. The people are friendly and courteous. I know that my car is safe. The buses are clean.

The drivers are really nice and take ur luggage take ur from the car an put it in your car on the way back this is so less stressful I love it!
