Covered parking
I use covered self parking every time. Shuttles have been prompt in picking us up after parking. Drivers are very helpful loading and unloading luggage. It’s a pleasure to tip the driver!
Wait time at the airport is probably 5-10 mins. which is acceptable. I highly recommend Park N Fly Plus. Also Costco has great coupons for PNFP that do not expire.

Seldom wait after parking to have a van pick me up. This is one of the reasons I choose Midway as a departure airport even tho it is at least 1/2 hour farther than O'Hare.
Car to Curb and back to car service, prompt, on time , very little wait. Loved being able to get in a dry car after my trip by parking in the ramp and it had snowed while I was gone.

I like that you drop me off at my car and that you pick me up at my car for outside services. I tend to not get that service when I am in covered and tend to wait a lot longer than I would at uncovered.

They tell you where there are open spots to park your car. Once you park your car, the bus arrives to pick you up. They don’t wait to fill the bus and take you directly to airport.

I wish I had known about this service years ago! I believe I may have had to wait 5 minutes to get a ridge to the airport. When I returned from trip, there was a van waiting at the curb. The 2 divers were the nicest anyone could have wanted. I will be sure and tell everyone that flies out of Atlanta to use this service.

I never park at the airport anymore. Why drive endlessly through the parking ramp resulting in a long walk to the door when you can be picked up at your car and dropped at the door by Park 'N Fly? It's a no brainer in my book!
The app wasn't work very well but the attendants were gracious in helping me in with my reservation. Quick trip to the airport and my flight was delayed and didn't return until the early hours of the morning but they picked me up and transported me quickly back to my car.
